What I noticed in the people who work for Mercedes is that they were dressed properly for work at a corporation. Mercedes must have a dress code. Good for them. That's how I dressed when I worked in NYC. There were no dress codes where I worked' people just knew that was how you dressed.

amazing how the standards have got better over the years , Vegetarian Steve would not even get on the show these days & I think the vetting of contestants has got better although I must say the recent series in last few years look like they pick contestants on what colour, race or diverse sexuality they have which is B/S . people should be on Masterchef on merit & merit only

I never blind bake my pastry cases. I always use metal tins which when filled are placed on a hot metal baking sheet which is already in the oven. I never have a soggy bottom. 😂
